Check this out, large enough to fit two decent sized pipes

quest complete, purchased http://www.altex.com/Platt-Blow-Molded-Tool-Case-105-x-7-x-3-207-P143635.aspx for $14 bucks at my job
I have looked inside and I could fit roughly 2-4 pipes plus enough tobacco for a whole day of smoking, along with pipe cleaners, matches and a tool

^^Thats nice and the price is great... but don't you think its a bit overkill for everyday use? ... Im just saying because that might get a bit cumbersome after a while.

Now for traveling... that would be perfect.

This is for "travelling" and what not
I think im gonna not smoke at work so I wouldnt need everyday transport...
If I do, this still works for taking to a B&M for a couple bowls or whatnot

I am going to plot out and form 2 spots for two standard size pipes,
modeling from the two briars that i have now...
I will also dig out a long strip for pipe cleaners and/or my mini churchwarden
there will also be enough room and this is call enough to stack 2-3 larger altoid tins ontop of each other with
different blends, leaving a small spot for matches or other small things

Here is the final layout of my first hard case for traveling...

Fits two standard size pipes, pipe cleaners and/or my mini churchwarden, 2 altoid tins full of baccy, and 3-4 boxes of matches!

Well, this is a weird thread. It started with the OP looking for this (emphasis mine):
Any other ideas on an everyday carry type setup? Or does anyone possibly have a smaller zipper pouch that is just big enough for 1 pipe and enough toby for say 2 bowls?
and ending with this:

Good luck with the baccy briefcase.

And then he answered his own question by purchasing something made by the COMPANY HE WORKS FOR. Couldn't he have had the entire conversation inside his own head?
Not that I'm discouraging rookies from asking questions...

That's a nice looking solution!

If you ever want something smaller (that will easily fit in a jacket pocket, for instance) there are many, many leather pipe bags available. I've got a half-dozen such carrying cases/bags, each of which holds 1-2 pipes and a day's supply of tobacco, plus matches, cleaners, tools, etc. My favorite, though, is an old wooden cigar box I picked up at one of our local stogies shops. It's about the size of a thick paperback book, has a hinged lid that locks with a clasp, and will hold 1-2 pipes plus tobacco and accessories. I like it because it looks cool and is sturdy.

I have a basic leather zippered pouch, Hold 3 pipes, has a tobacco pouch that will hold al least 2oz's and a outside zipped compartment for accessories.
I think If I owned some very expensive high grades, this will be the way to go, but for my under $100 pipes, my leather pouch will do
Great solution Jsiddle!!

Well, this is a weird thread. It started with the OP looking for this (emphasis mine):
Lol well I have decided not to take my pipe to work anymore
Everytime I want to smoke, people drag me off to eat somewhere
And If I get to smoke on lunch break, its not really that great...

Very understandable, I just found it funny/ironic/weird how the thread developed. I like being able to sit, relax and "manage" my smoke (tamping, relights, etc.), which would be hard to do outside in a work smoking area. The only thing that sounds appealing is the socializing.
