Even though the posts/discussions in this forum are specific to tobacconists, they would be a superb resource for retailers in general. Posters (a.k.a., customers) freely discuss what traits and policies make for a good company to do business with, compared to a company and policies that make customers want to tear their hair out in frustration and anger.
Any retailers reading these discussions, be they tobacconists or not, could gain tremendous insight into the basics that make for happy customers vs. angry, dissatisfied customers.
