+1 - FVF is one of the if not the finest Virginia flake out there. I have pounds of it age'in away - have some at the 5yr mark I'm going to be pop'in in next few months - Spring in Northeast :worship:

Of course if you want a real straight VA recommendation, buy a pound of this, vein it, pack it, press it into a block, age it, stove and steam it under a lot of heat and pressure to darken it further, then cut into flakes.

McCranies Red Flake and Red Ribbon. Already nicely aged. The Flake was last tinned in 2008, and the Ribbon was tinned in 2015.

Dive into McClelland Virginias. I'm just getting ready to step out and fire up a bowl of No. 24 Brown Label. As good a tobacco as there is. For me, McC Vas are some of the most complex Vas out there.
