What I am about to say might sound mean but trust me it's a lesson I can't learn myself. Step one learning the customer service rule one how to hold your tongue and accept the mean things people will say either intentionally or accidentally. Why cause even if someone deserves to be told off they have less to lose in that interaction. Seriously I've seen more businesses mess up by not showing an inhuman level of tact and restraint when dealing with the public. Either way best of luck chasing your dreams.

If you are good, you don't need many if any customer service skills. The good guys are so few and far between, no one cares about their service, just the product they deliver. Having restored pipes for close to 10 years, I can tell you that there is a HUGE difference between the skill sets of a restoration guy and a repair guy.
