I know the top is a Tevere, but I'm not sure what the bottom one is.

I believe the bottom one is a Giotto. According to SPC, the line is named after the Italian artist with the same name.

Too many Savs to highlight, but three old favorites, the zulu 404 unfinished from decades ago

that's aged into a golden brown; the Oscar Lucite Prince; and the 601 churchwarden. All faithfully

deliver a fine smoke every time, given a good blend.

Savinelli Qandale Rusticated Churchwarden. Not too long, beautiful burgundy finish, and I love the rusticated look. Perfect smokes for all my Virginia tobaccos. Relatively small bowl. Most smokes range from 40-50 minutes. My favorite pipe I own.
