Wow! What a great thread. Thanks for startin it!
I've been a Dunhill fan for some time now. I've seen examples here that I didn't even know existed.
My Dunny collection is modest, only two so far, but hey. Not bad for 6 or 8 months of being back in the saddle.
I'll try to post some pics this weekend.

Here are my 3 Dunhills.
No. 1 is a patent-era birth year pipe from 1950 with a later stem. No. 2 is from 1967 bought from the Danish pipemaker Benner and no. 3 from 1972 which was given to me by a friend who never felt quite comfortable with it. The stem is a replacement.

The sizes are 6, 4 and 1.

Well.......... After seeing George D's restoration of an amazing ODA 838, I thought I might show mine off a bit........ :D

The squatty 838 is a 1953 model, and the taller 837 is of 1960 vintage........ I love these pipes, smoke the squat about 4 times a year, the 837 still remains unsmoked......... :puffy:
Sorry about the pic quality........ A photo-graffer I aint........

Wow Beef! Between the pictures of your 838 and Paige Simms talking about the ODA line on the recent PipesMagazine radio show, I'm thinking something is missing in my collection.

Here is a poorish photo of my Dunhills. I am very blessed to have the collection, but it is the collection of a newcomer (albeit and active one). I love the collections of the fellas on here who have had 20 - 50 years of time to accumulate mega collections of pure awesomeness.

Now that I am posting this, there is a '68 Pot that is floating around the house. It is just rough enough to be an "about the house" smoker. I failed to capture it on film.

Just purchased at auction...rims not bad. Marked 483 6 I believe. Stems in decent shape.

This unsmoked 1957 Group 3 with an inner tube arrived from Cairo, Egypt this morning. Quite dark for an unsmoked tanshell, but I prefer them dark anyway. The box is clearly not the one that Dunhill packed it in, since it’s a root briar box, but the vintage is correct. It’s fun that it included the original pamphlet and I am surprised that the “The White Spot” logo is so old. What I found really curious was the strange, low-quality pipe sock which seems to have been made with cellulose, or something similar.

Hi There. Just got this beauty from an antique dealer around. I don't have any idea about Dunhill pipes, but the white dot and the marking makes me believe it was Dunhill
