When you are going to comment on someone's post and you want to put their comment on your post, how do you get that line to appear in front of it. Is it automatic if you copy and paste?
Good question postman13,you to Lawrence I needed that help big time.

Here ya go Sal. This is "quoted" from the first post in the thread.
Button Functions:

Bold, Italics, Underline, Strike Through, and Quote

There are a couple of ways to use these buttons:

1) After you have copy/pasted, or typed your text into the "Reply Box" simply "Highlight" the entire text you desire to accent, then click on the desired "Bold, Italics, Underline, or Strike Through" button. Voila! It's done!

2) Click on one of the "Bold, Italics, Underline, or Strike Through" button. Then type or copy/paste your text in the "Reply Box". Then click on the "Bold, Italics, Underline, or Strike Through" button again. Voila! It's done!
Here is what your text should now look like: (Note: I'm using a "capital X as a place holder for the extra space so it won't function)
[Xquote]What your text should now look like[X/quote]
The "/" is necessary in the last function code for it to work.

One of our New Members asked a question that thus far hasn't been covered.
How do I "Manage my Favorites"?
Click on your screen name below your "Forum" Avatar. This will take you to your Forum Profile Page. Under your Avatar, and screen name you'll see two sentences. Click on (manage your favorites) in the second sentence:
"You can also manage your favorites and subscribe to your favorites’ RSS feed."
Then just follow the instructions found there.

Great tip!
:worship: Nobail asked the question:

Is there a way to open a thread by default at the last read message?

 Juvat270 replied:

Click on the time marker of the last post for the thread you want to view on the far right. It will open the thread at the last post.
Edti: A few minutes later:

Nsfisher posted this:

When the page loads, hit "end". Takes you to the end of the posts and backtrack from there

You guys are on a roll.

Welcome aboard to all of your New Members!
I've fielded a couple of questions lately (via PM) about signature functions.

I recommend that our newer members give this thread a good reading from the top down.

There are a lot of good tips about site functions.
Don't be shy; post-up your questions, you never know who else might be wondering the same thing.

We want everyone to get the most out of our "Home away from home".

It's been a about a month since this has been on the Main Forum Page.

With tons of new members... I thought it time to give it a bump.

Hey folks, I believe that I have found a method for posting photos from my Android phone.

This may be old info for some, but here goes anyway...

I use photobucket and my "album" here to post from.

Assuming the photos are already uploaded...

Open the photo.

Hold your finger or stylus on the photo to get the pop-up menu.

Select "View Photo"

When it is open, copy the URL to your clipboard.

Then using the "IMG" button above the Reply Box (remove the http://) paste and accept as per normalimente.

Now to try this process: My Album, Photobucket, and (just for grins) Google Images.
