Does anyone know how I would go about finding a Replacement stem for a Stanwell Fatherweight,as well as a braccini sandblasted Light Rustic?

I would recommend you to contact Anthony Cook of Cook's Fine Pipe Works for getting a new stem for the two. He can either make a stem out of a blank or forge one out of rod vulcanite, according to how much you're willing to pay.

I think a pro who can fit your pipes with replacement stems is the way to go ... Alex got it. Even factory made pipes rarely have replacement stems available that fit right, with the exception of MM cobs. The expense of a pro doing a replacement won't be high, maybe $25 or $30 a pipe plus shipping.
