Setting around the house today doing nothing much. All the yard work I finished yesterday. No place I had to be today, so I thought I would re-visit some older blends I have setting in my tobacco chest.

I haven't smoked these in many years, so I wondered if they would still be any good. I haven't gotten around to all of them yet, but so far the ones I have tried are as I remembered them. Very good.

McCranie's Red Flake from the 1983 batch, and House of Windsor's Barking Dog were excellent. Shame I didn't put more of those away.

The Christmas Cheer is from 2002, and I will be trying that one next. Life is good sometimes.

Very nice! A walk down memory lane and more ... some great aged leaf.

I love the creative names given to some tobaccos. Barking Dog, for example.
