Just grabbed this pipe and am quite happy with being able to do so! It's unique, and of the two pipe makers that create this type, this one's a Savinelli as opposed to the Ser Jacopo. Can't wait to try this style out.

Anyone own/try one before?

The bowl has an insert, and another bowl is milled so you can drop it into the pipe bowl. It apparently allows for a really cool smoke because of the space between the insert bowl (where the tobacco is burning) and the draft hole (higher than the burn hole). It's relatively the same concept as a calabash. It doesn't sit, but looks great.
