So where are you getting them and how much?

Hi strongirish.
(As I say in my post...) You can get them from Primitive State in Scotland for 18.50 pounds (don't know what that is in US$). They're quality t-shirts, with the image printed into the fabric itself. Plus you can choose both the shirt & the graphic color.

Don't know. You can ask them (they're friendly) -- I know they offer XXL 52" as one of their standard sizes.
PS I don’t receive any kickbacks from this. I do it in the spirit of fun and paying it forward. I just really wanted some nice pipe t-shirts for myself and suggested a few they could offer to the public. I'm glad they took me up on it!
