Hi, thought I'd try my hand at turning some tampers from acrylic and aluminum or brass rod...I might be putting some of these on Ebay - any interest here?

Thanks for looking ,constructive criticism is welcome so that I can refine design ideas ,etc.I've gotten some feedback about the longer tampers-basically that they are too long for pocket ,but might be nice on a desk....

Very nice tampers, but photo needs a scale. I've often been tempted to get something a little more dressy than my trusty 75¢ pipe nail, but nothing I've seen has had a spoon opposite the tamper. Also, I think 3½" is the ideal length for scraping & burnishing with the spoon side.

In that respect the ordinary pipe nail comes up a little short (pun intended.)
