My First Mario Grandi

Just won this on ebay. I have been wanting a Dunhill cherry wood style poker for a while. Im hoping it to make it a straight virginia smoker.

Very nice - congratulations. Please let us know how it smokes - I'm intrigued by some of their other styles, and they're priced quite reasonably.

I agree I read some old posts about people liking theirs. For the price they have a cool take certain on shapes.

That is magnificient piece of machinery. I love the grain, the bowl and the stem shape. It combines several things that I admire in a pipe.

I this that is the most traditionally shaped pipe I have seen from Mario Grandi. Nice score. I am sure it will smoke fine. I now have two and really enjoy them.

Congratulations. I bought a poker and it smokes my virginias like a champ. Pretty much what I used to learn to smoke a pipe fairly proficient. You will have to let us know how it smokes.
