Very much so. My signature used to say:
I like coffee exceedingly.

At The Mountains Of Madness blew me away, I still get giddy thinking about it! His books send me into a deliciously numbing state of terror. Haven't read so much of his work, getting to it when I can, but it always hits the spot.

And instead your crops failed, family went mad, and neighbors shunned you?

Yes, I've actually read every single one of his short stories and novellas he wrote independently.
The Rats in the Wall is my favourite, although he had a few more outstanding works.

I am writing this, hoping that someone will read this and think of me, not as a madman, but a person that has fallen in grave danger, I should have listen to the man but the curiosity got the best of me, see I have found and old relic of a pipe in a secluded antiquated colonial store that sells dusty old tomes and curious items, the man told me the item was cursed, but I did not believe in this sort of thing, the pipe it self was a black meerschaum with a relif of a youth with a crown leaf on its head, it was beautiful, it had a grip on my soul, ever since i have smoked it, this thing has been following me, my days have been long and I have not sleep in what seems to be days, I have been dosing my self with a healthy amount of morphine to forget, now i find my self in a abandoned farm, they said a family used to live here and that the well was somohow poisend, there is green liquid everywere on the floor, I hear the foot steps, oh god!! I see its hand, its trying to force its way in!!! those yellow bulging EYES, dear god help me!!! the window, YES!! THE WINDOW!!! I MUST GO TO THE WINDOW!!!
OCTOBER 12TH 2016 a body was found near a farm house, it was of hextor, police confirmed the death as a suicide, he had jumped of the third floor window, they think he was in need of psychiatric treatment, his suicide letter was found, but is was incomprehensible, he died with a curious pipe in his hand.

Dream-quest of unknown Kadath is a beautifully painted picture and has been a favorite for years.

hmhaines,
If you are an eBook reader, Google Play Books has a "Complete" Lovecraft collection for 99 cents.
I put complete in quotes, because I have managed to round up some really rare stuff that is not included, but it has darn nearly everything, and certainly everything he wrote in the Cthulhu mythos.
Title is: H. P. Lovecraft the Ultimate Collection.

Thanks Rob! That's where I've read many, though I do have some beloved hard copies.
