Most would. Some designate a pipe for nearly each blend. Except for aromatics of special unfading flavor qualities, I think designating pipes is unnecessary for most people. Some folks have uniquely sensitive taste senses, and perhaps some others are merely convinced they do, but either way, if designated pipes taste better, that's what a person should do. For most of us, the answer to the question is yes.

Thank you for your reply! Actually that's what I usually do; I don't use different pipes for every blend, I just distinguish the basic aromas (spicy latakia/perique, latakia with a hint of light tobacco or sweet virginia/burley)
