I just opened a jar of Bullseye that I sealed in about July 2016. The first thing that hit me was the very pungent and rich aroma that wafted up out of the jar. Delicious! I wanted to eat some. Next was the dark rich brown color.

I really enjoy Bullseye fresh, but the aged version is so much better it seems like a different tobacco. I wish I had bought and jarred more.

I did the same yesterday and posted on "what are you smoking" here. Great stuff with some age on it. I buy a pound every January and jar it up. I started a few years ago and now I have aged LBF always available to smoke.

It is amazing how much better this stuff gets with age. I purchased a bunch in 2012 and broke into it this year and am having a hard time restraining myself.

I'm aging some. This is a blend that seems to me to benefit from some years in the jar. Otherwise it's too edgy (harsh) to deliver all the good flavor that's there, unlike LNF that is ready to go but also improves nicely with age in a nuanced way.

I've got some in the cellar too but I think this is a great time to make use of Russ's Christmas offer and get some more.

I have 4 year old, 2 year old and 1 year old in my cellar. This is easily one of my favourite blends

Agreed. It really ages well. I need to compare 2,4,6.. yr old to see what the sweet spot in the aging / return on the aging investment.

Bought a pound and a half three years ago, jarred it up and haven’t touched it since. Looking forward to popping a jar maybe for New Years.

Mine only has half a year on it. This is easily one of my favorite tobaccos.

Probably not a bad idea...especially since almost everything else is out of stock.

I would jar it into miltiple jars so you can sample over time. If you age the whole batch together you will never know the difference between years during the age process

I like this fresh so much, I don't even care how it ages. To each his own. Easily my favorite every day tobacco.

Love this blend and as a newb, don’t have any aged. But I’ve got quite a few jars stored and will let them get some age on them.
