Just restored this "Jaca" pipe. I am posting the BEFORE first, followed by the AFTERs. As you can see on top of the shank, there seems to be a "V" or triangle (not sure which). A thorough search, to include Pipedia, led me nowhere. Does anyone know anything about this pipe? Gorgeous, right?

It still boggles my mind as to why people would want to cover that beautiful wood with a stain like that! Sheesh!
