Check out the Nording Virgin Grain pipes.

They're not terribly fancy but that was my first thought if you're looking for plateau on a factory pipe.

That's a Boswell isn't it? If so, they may take special orders... I wass looking into special orders with them lately - That looks like a $139-$159 Boswell.
RC Sands may also have one that looks like that at an affordable price...I believe he takes special orders too... he's more affordable than Boswell. $85-$125
Lastly, Buckeye would do that - though that will cost around $200+
Boswell puts out 7-12 pipes every wed night/thurs am... here's a link to their pies for sale... there was almost exactly/or the same pipe! up for $159 around xmas. It lasted 2-4 days before someone snagged it. I was the chimney billiard with plateau...

I don't know if you are a non-aro burley smoker, but if you are, that deep bowl with a proportionately narrow chamber is perfect for burley leaf. I smoke thick and medium cut Semois in my pipes with a similar configuration and it is an excellent pairing. You might say, it's what's needed.

I found another one I really like, but it's out of stock. This is a Luciano. I spent hours online trying to find something similar to the two pictures I posted and found nothing.....

^^^ This; that particular style is a pretty frequent offering, but you have to call them to order. They make a nice pipe for the money.

Good advice so far, shouldn't be hard to find a similar pipe from quite a few makers. You didnt mention your budget, but if you are looking for a low price I'd definitely second RC Sands. Chuck is a really cool old dude, and his pipes smoke great from everything I hear. His prices are quite low, and he will talk your ear off about driving trucks and raising horses, reminds me of my Dad he is a character. I'd call him directly, if his number isnt available online PM me and I'll send it to you.

I have a Boswell plateau billiard in a lighter stain, a nice smoker but somehow it never seems to get much attention. Actually just cleaned it intending to make a thread over on the sell/trade forum, feel free to PM me for details if you think it's close to what you're looking for.

If you want to go a little more extreme with the plateau then I'm sure Bruce Weaver would make you something similar to this. This thing smokes like a dream and he is just great to deal with.

I would ask Clark Layton. I simply love his pipes, the look, the smokey goodness, smooth draw. I have 2 of his currently and another on the way. He can carve anything. Prices are still quite acceptable also.

Since it is a Boswell pipe just call and have one made, it is a simple process. Now if you want to spend a few bucks grab one of these.

That Weaver in torque's collection is really stunning. Wonderful blast and I love that craggy rim.
