pipestud is a great resource for ebay know how. (thank you as always Steve for your ebay help). I would follow his advice on anything ebay related. If your buyer filed a claim based on "Item not as Described" you are going to end up refunding regardless. I would make it as easy and simple for the buyer as possible. Just do not refund until the pipe is in your hands.
