UPDATED: I think I got it... It's a 1959 but sold in 1960, thus the 9 and the 0.
If anyone can confirm or deny please let me know!
Great stuff right there! The Dunhill looks to me to be a 1960, however, what is the stamping between the D in England and the underlined 0?
