I've seen aromatic tobacco's getting a bad name for themselves on these forums and around the piping world...for some reason aromatics are the only way to go for me so far, but I am a newbie in the hobby! so at the risk of going down in flames...what are your guy's favorite aromatic tobaccos?
so far my favorites are:

1. Peterson Connoisseur's Choice

2. Sutliff Pumpkin Spice

3. Mac Baren Vanilla Cream
and i have my eye on C & D Autumn Evening to test out...

East India Trading Company's Royal Challenge, I found this one by mistake and it was cheap at P&C so I ordered it, now its one of the few Aro's I do smoke.

I do not think aromatics have a bad name on these forums. There are those here who love them. There are others here who love them. There are even those who are right down the middle when it comes to aromatics. Also, do not worry about what others think or say; just smoke what you like and be at peace.

I really liked Rattray's royal Albert but it seems really hard to get a hold of!

Hands down favorite is Macbaren loose cut vanilla. The flavor is natural vanilla and I love the mix of ribbon and broken flake.
Mcclelland Black & Lemon isn't technically an aromatic but it's a high quality soft and sweet smoke.

I often mix these with H&H Best of the rest as I have pounds of it and it's subtle enough not to change the profile much.
