So I was on youtube and came across this. I nearly died laughing. They 'tested' a bunch of different 'foods' and then rated it again with siracha. I've had it maybe once so I can't say it makes everything better.

I have a co worker who eats oatmeal with Siracha every day. I personally don't like the sauce, more of a verde fan myself.

I think it's like ketchup, if you can't cook good it drowns out all the flavor. Personally I prefer tabasco or frank's red hot sauce, but mainly just on eggs

You can never go wrong with Tabasco! You know the bottoms of every Tabasco bottle has a number designating it's spicy level? Check it out the next time your at the grocery store.

The answer varies, depending on who is asked ... I love it and there's a bottle of it in my fridge right now ...
Neighbors of the Irwindale (SoCal) plant where the sauce is made say odors from the plant not only do NOT make the neighborhood better, they are detrimental to living conditions there ...

I find that Sriracha has a bit too much garlic flavor to go well with everything. I slap Sambal Oelek on most foods. It's more of a straight chili paste with just the right amount of heat.

Sriracha is lovely, but I grow my own chilis and prefer to make my own equivalent sauce. The garlic and chilis taste fresher, and by using apple cider vinegar I get a fruity note as well.

"Any of you want to tell us how successful it is as a vaginal lubricant?"
Of course, it makes the male say " Oh baby, you are so HOT!"
But seriously, a few drops in fresh Tuna Tartar is great. Fresh caught Tuna, Soy Sauce, Mirin, Rice Wine Vinegar, Sirachi, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Scallion or Chives. Served with crisply fried Wonton Wrappers.

In San Jose we call it Vietnamese catsup. Put it on every thing? No, but it always have a bottle around. I have made a home made version with Thai Dragon peppers that was some potent stuff.

There is Sriracha and Frank's, and then there is everything else.
Cook's Illustrated did a taste test of hot sauces, you can read about it in the following link:
