Hi guys, first post here :)
Trying to find some info on this pipe I bought from Ebay... From what little forum posts there are already, there is not much info. One side says "Bruyere Garantie" which is genuine Briar, and the other side says "Made in Czechoslovakia". Other than that, not much is know about who makes it, etc. I haven't seen anyone else post this info yet online, but on the swing cap, it looks like a stamped "JK". Maybe that can shed some light on the history of it...

Sence pipes and pipe makers can be found all across the world through history finding a pipe such as that is not unusual. The pipe may be a local maker or something that was made for tobacconist/pipe shop from that area, I can see the interest in such a pipe unfortunately I can not be of any help, but my curiosity is also up on that.
I would try a search of pipe and tobacco shops in Czechoslovakia and email some pictures to them for help.
Good luck with the search, keep us posted on developments
