Creating groups???

Is there a way to create a new group? I was looking and couldn't find a way.

Have to go to Your Profile, click on Groups, then there's a link there to create a group.

Found it. I actuall stumbled upon it by accident after posting this.
Alas, the new group "Patients of Dr. Grabow"
