I just did a Google search... most tobacco shops inside the area are actually head shops, with glass pipes and such. But on Merrit Island there is a place called Buck's, that in the pictures has a selection of Dunhill tobaccos. https://www.google.com/search?q=Cocoa%20Beach%20Florida%20tobacco%20shop&oq=Cocoa+Beach+Florida+tobacco+shop&aqs=chrome..69i57.4886j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&safe=strict&npsic=0&rflfq=1&rlha=0&rllag=28337577,-80609888,2206&tbm=lcl&rldimm=5388083476074858703&ved=0ahUKEwibut-wvdDaAhUDzFMKHZfSAOwQvS4ITzAB&rldoc=1&tbs=lrf:!2m1!1e2!2m1!1e3!3sIAE,lf:1,lf_ui:10#rlfi=hd:;si:9596898347585789783;mv:!1m3!1d52525.54531435367!2d-80.67569044999999!3d28.345024799999997!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i435!2i359!4f13.1
But, if you are flying in, you can take tobaccos, and if driving, there are better places along the way. I never rely on a new area to have what I need, so I always carry everything, except maybe a lighter. Just pack it with your clothes, No real need to carry it on. Unless you are taking a $2000 Norhd pipe. Then, I would just suggest taking a cob. But, I have flown with tobacco in my luggage many times. No big deal.
