Can't Leave
I love these. I found the Dunhill version in an antique shop years ago. I don't like using it to light the pipe though. It definitely uses fuel.
While this one is not mine, it's the same lighter.

I've got a Beattie's Jet lighter that spooked the hell out of me originally and became the equivalent of a rack queen. (I keep my lighters in a walnut bowl on my smoking desk. So, bowl queen?) I was turning it to the left and sending liquid fuel down the the 1.5 inch "runway" hoping it would catch on fire.
I didn't know it had a jet nozzle that tilted to the right. It was a junk store store find with no operating instructions.
Thank you, God. Happy to still be here un-scarred.
Good looking lighter, Duane. I'd put that in my bowl any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
