I couldn't find this posted anywhere on the Forums, but I thought others might enjoy seeing the master at work. I was surprised by how quickly and cheerfully he works -- somehow I imagined some kind of dark, brooding artist. Anyhow... the video:

Thanks, asaad. I had seen the clip with English subtitles, but it just wouldn't work -- must have been a momentary youtube glitch. Glad you grabbed it!

Thanks for the video. He makes it looks so freaking easy. I wonder who it was who taught him. He is considered by many the greatest pipe maker the world has ever seen. Some day I would love to own one of his pipes but the way his prices keep going up, I don't see myself spending 10 grand plus for a pipe. Maybe when all my kids are out of college and I sell my plaza, I will spring for one o his works of art.

I remember seeing this a while back and loved just how happy Bo always seemed.
On a slightly related note, anyone else now hungry for some Muscovy Duck?

Wow. Just wow.
It is ALL hands and eyes.
He works so rapidly and with such bold assurance.
(Also, I didn't know he was confined to a wheelchair.)

Anyone notice the choice of music for this video? My guess most likely J.S.Bach.
Excellent video, beautifully edited. Really class act.
I like when he said 'I can't afford to own/smoke my own pipes"
