. 40 ft Foretravel Grand Villa, had a Retired Colonel teach me the ins and outs of Motorhomeing, it had everything Cat engine, but it’s expensive, that’s why I believe your rig is the best way to go.

@adamsruspipe is 100% spot on. I am the Warranty Dept. Manager for a top RV dealership for going on 12 yrs. Maintenance is key and so are expectations. Do not expect them to act as your house would. Choose your dealership first and then choose the layout you need. Majority of the appliance and accessories are made by about three companies and the manufacturers choose which one to use by who gives them the best deal.
This is why I say choose your dealership first. You only get one year of warranty on a new one and sometimes manufacturers will try to get out of that as well. So, rule of the day is, take good care of it.
