Another smoke Nazi I see, almost as bad as the HOA Nazis that drive around the development looking for infractions. It amazes me that these people think they are do us a favor by messing with us somehow or other. True that the aggravation of the phone tree would make it difficult in the filing of the complaint, but if the same driver is the same way to all smokers, then it would be better to go ahead and do the complaint to management route. There may be a number of fellow smokers being abused by this obnoxious person.
