It Is Official... Rad Davis Has Retired
Wow, this is really disappointing. I wish I had spent the money now to have one. Him and Michael Parks were my top two wants on a commission. The Parks is out of my reach or some time, but I should have stretched to get the Rad. It's probably best for Rad, and I hope him a happy retirement. B -

I do love some wild duck. Some crispy skin seared wood duck is hard to beat. Buroak, I fire a pipe up often in the deer blind. Just need the wind in your favor. If there is enough time to smoke while you are duck hunting you should have stayed at home! lol. If it's any good smoking a pipe isn't...- pipebow88

Another Duck Season Comes To An End...
Today marked the end of yet another fine season. Had some fantastic time with friends, and did well this season. Closed it out in style today with a full limit of Mallard, teal, and Wood Ducks. I hate to see it go, but am ready for the time to rest as well. Another bowl breaking in my new Layton...- pipebow88

Thanks fellas. Bradley I much prefer an uncoated bowl for my VA flakes, latakias I don't notice much difference. But the lighter tasting flakes I notice a truer flavor from uncoated. It was a fine evening all around. I went hunting with a Friend to try an evening sit hoping some wood ducks would come in. Limited out with my trusty Browning. Then arrive home to the email from Clark. Not sure how this day could really get any better. B -
