    Epic Box Pass 2020. 12-20-2019

Big Dollar Pipes vs Lower Priced Pipes

I find it extremely subjective on the prices that B&M sets on a pipe. I mean sure there are great carvers out there and some prices should be higher for a piece of art. And the age of a pipe, same idea. Take for instance Randy Wiley. I have seen one of his pipes in a shop brand new in the bag/...

I have been looking for my favorite tobacco. I haven’t seen it in a long time and am pretty sure it’s no longer being produced. It’s a long shot but if you happen to have any cellard or have a blend like this I would be very interested. This is the information I have found on it and the most...

Does Tea reduce the risks of tabacco pipe smoking?

Probably the only way it would be less harmful is if we all started smoking tea

    Pipe stem is loose.

This is true. Guess it really depends on how loose it is. It’s worked both ways for me in the past.

Won a Beautiful Estate Meer - Restoration Advice Welcome

That’s a mantle piece at this point. Repairing stone is either going to make it worse or destroy what’s left of her. Here is an idea: see if it can be reproduced.

    Pipe stem is loose.

Bees wax is good for the rattle if it’s not dramatic. You could also heat the end of the stem and push it down on a flat surface mushrooming the end ever so slightly. It should tighten it up. If it’s to much mushrooming take a pice of Emory or 5000 grit to knock it back down a bit. Careful with...

    Quest for a pipe polish

Paragon or bees wax is what I use. Be careful using some plant based oils they can get a rancid smell that’s hard to get rid of.

    A Lifer Returns

@cigrmaster thats awesome. Driving trucks was the best move I ever did. Opened up a lot of possibilities. I hung up my keys but am now an Operations Supervisor for one of the major truck leasing companies in the US.
