This Happened to My Tobacco After 7 Years In a Mason Jar

I felt quite nauseous, way more than when I smoked Escudo and in the end, I threw up. I didn't feel like doing anything for the rest of the next day.

This Happened to My Tobacco After 7 Years In a Mason Jar

Thanks for the replies, gentlemen! I tried smoking it a few days ago but due to the lack of my smoking skills and improper drying, I had a really hard time smoking it. Moreover, I felt pretty sick after smoking it. Maybe the plume also increases the "potency" of the tobacco? I don't know. If...

This Happened to My Tobacco After 7 Years In a Mason Jar

EDIT: Fixed Capitalization in Title (See Rule 9) Hi everyone. I stopped smoking 7 years ago but now I'm back at it, no special reason. When I stopped smoking, I put my tobacco into mason jars and stored them away in my cellar for 7 years and this happened when I took it out of the jar...

    Worst fake pipes on ebay

Well, what do you expect? It's made in China after all; that's what they are so internationally famous for, and it doesn't surprise me at all.

Good lesson that I learned today...

Oh wow, I have never seen anything like that before! Btw, did you smoke aromatics with that too? English blends are quite taking a long time to get patina...

    TAD almost complete

Frog Morton on the Bayou is one of the few blends that I smoke these days. Definitely worth a try.

Good lesson that I learned today...

Today, I felt like smoking Escudo in Dawn Mist Maritime clay pipe. The thing about this pipe is that it's a cutty pipe; a.k.a. nose-warmer with its stem-length less than 3 inches long. I had expected it to be a dangerous idea since Virginia burns like Hell and such a short stem would not...

    Trying some of the frog!

If you like Frog Morton, then I highly recommend Frog Morton on the Bayou. After trying that in Austin, TX during winter break with my best friends, this is my "go-to-baccy." I guess it was also a gateway baccy for Perique blend because I also love Escudo now.

Are these people trying to control my life or what???

A petition, eh? Hmm... but I think smoking and trading baccy with professors is a really cool thing!!! As I walk around the campus, I only see people with cigarettes in their hands, but in the end, pipe and cigar smokers also gets blamed..

Are these people trying to control my life or what???

Thank you for your lesson, sir. I think I would just control my desire to smoke as best as I can, for it seems like the only option for me to stay out of trouble.

Are these people trying to control my life or what???

That sir, is not part of my possible options, since I had worked quite hard to get into this university

Are these people trying to control my life or what???

Today, I had an Arturo Fuente in Mason Edwards of Ann Arbor, MI, home of the Wolverines. It was pleasant, but I had a craving for Full Virginia Flake in the evening. I dried them out for 1 hour, packed it in my gourd calabash which I got from Mr. Schrier via eBay, went outside of my dorm...

Impressed by Escudo... any suggestion for Perique?

Yesterday, I went to my local B&M and tried Escudo Navy Deluxe. Surely, it bited like Hell in the beginning, but as time went by, I started to feel so relaxed and the sweet taste of Virginia with a little bit of spice of Perique was magical. I did not get any tongue bite afterward. It burned...

Surprised by Cerberus IPSD 2012 Blend.

How's the strength of this blend? Is it a nic-bomb? For me, as a reference, Peretti's British Blend has too much nicotine for me..

So My Calabash Arrived After All (pic heavy!!!)

Darn it.. I just realized that I don't have any Oxiclean... but I don't wanna buy a whole jar of Oxiclean just to handle a stem. Are there any similar product that will do the work? I have Ajax and Clorox in my shelf. Would those work?

So My Calabash Arrived After All (pic heavy!!!)

I think the oxidation on the stem turned out to be pretty bad... even rubbing with isopropyl-soaked paper towels doesn't do it... Fortunately, inside of the stem doesn't have any significant build-up of those nasty stuff... I guess I gotta try that Oxyclean method...

So My Calabash Arrived After All (pic heavy!!!)

Mr. Schrier really knows what's the best. This calabash is fabulous. And what you are about to see are some detailed pictures of my new (first) gourd calabash pipe. The problem: it's also my first estate pipe. I know that I already put a post about taking care of an estate gourd calabash, but...

Worlds view of pipe smokers. This is NOT why I smoke a pipe.

Those douchebags and hipsters will never understand the tranquility and joy of sitting alone on a couch and smoke a nice full bowl of Frog Morton on the Bayou
