How Do You Keep Your Tobacco
Mason jars are cheap and reliable. I first tried those like in your photo but one did not seal well and the plastic seal on two split after several months. I also found them harder to fill the pipe.- tomdavis

Kinda Irked at My B&M.
I understand and have been "there". Here in Houston, the 4th largest city in the USA, there are really only three B&M's, Two have pipes and bulk tobacco and some tins but are really in the cigar business and cater to those buyers. One even took down the pipe shop sign and now it says CIGARS...- tomdavis

I am on 1960 near Willowbrook and work downtown. Pick a spot and let's do it. I have a tin or two I cannot take anymore and many remnants in jars to trade. (Review) Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation - 1957 Blend
I tried a sample of 1957 that I was given by Eric--in person. He said it was an aromatic and so I smelled it--it smell very lighting cased. I tried it and noted the casing but did not get a sense of it being overwelmed with artificial flavorings. Overall a good smoke.- tomdavis

I like to "test" different blends as the first pipe of the day in a clean pipe. I found the advice about changes in the experience occur due to different acidity in ones mouth does occur with coffee in the morning.
