    P&C have the WORST quality control when selling pipes. I know of at least 4 people that ordered from them in the past 14 months and were shipped either the wrong pipe, a damaged pipe or a "used" pipe. I go to them for tobacco only, when it comes to pipes, SP or Pulvers Briars.
