As far I know you can still smoke in Bars here in Oklahoma, I work in and around our casinos and they are both permitted there also. Today I have mixed my 1q with the BCA and have been really pleased. I heard about that on a podcast... I thought sounds simple enough. Also having enough pipes...- lawayna
