Are there any Modern Pipe Makers using Amber?
Please lower-case unimportant words! (Edited title) Hey, just wondering. With all the artisan pipes out there and the fact you can easily buy amber, when I think about it, why wouldn't there be pipe makers using amber? -

Shalom Pipes
I don't know anything about this pipe. It says Shalom on one side and I think it says Century of Mediterranean Briar on the other. I believe it's made in Israel. -
What Is This Meerschaum Really Made Out Of?
This is a Tanzanian pipe. I took some 1500 grit sandpaper to the top of the bowl because it was a dingy grey that wouldn't wipe off, but then I noticed that there was a brown colour peaking through in one area. Peterson Identity Mystery, Please Help
I bought this Peterson 20 years ago and could never figure out why it was the way it was. I even emailed Peterson a long time ago. It only has a "K".
