I looked at the calender to make sure it wasn't April Fool's day! Unbelievable .... don't those morons have more to worry about than how a tobacco smells for cryin' out loud .... just small, insignificant things like homelessness, gangs, the crime rate, pollution killing the natives etc.

I used to live in Jersey just on the other side of the bridge from NYC. There is no reason to ever go to NYC. This does suck for people stuck in that city but I say just move out. It's so damn expensive there anyway. If you absolutely have to I guess you could move to Jersey, the 167 will take you right in to the port authority and you can still go to work. That whole damn island is a piece of trash. And since they are still considered NY State they totally screw us when it comes to tax time in Albany. Granted they have their city only laws that do not apply to us. But even when I lived a 25min bus ride from it I always stayed away. Sucks guys. If anyone here lives there... I'd say just get out.

From what ive read, and im not sure its means anything different, this just allows the city to ban such tobacco if they want to. It not an actual law banning the tobacco, is that right? I know its bad enough but i was just curious.
