Thanks for the supportive comments. I didn't post any picture or be specific as I well know that others experiences may be different with this product and do not want to trash talk any manufacturer. Why Now? Cob Problems.

I Am Afraid My Pipes Are Ruined, Looking for Advice
Gee, I think I would actually enjoy the resulting flavors. Back in "the day" of the 70's, I used that form of leaf a lot and found the taste quite appealing. I guess it may be the glycol as it is kind of a goopy blend. I did a microscopic exam of an emulsified sample and don't really see anything unusual. Some bacteria, but nothing remarkable under a 2k power. But its really tasty! I wiped it out and will wait and see.- willyspiper

I keep all my blends in jars regardless of what it is. I noticed that one of them which is a black Cavendish appears to have moisture fogging the inside of the jar. Is this indicative of some sort of fermentation? It seems you would need a level of heat inside to cause the moisture to form on...- willyspiper

Adding to my previous post, I also find that the smoking session changes in character from the topping rich taste at light-up to the base taste in mid smoke to the either rich or trashy taste of the end of the bowl which depends on many factors like rate of smoking, tobacco type and pipe used...- willyspiper

you may have hit part of it! I dried some out to a level that is not good for most of my blends. powders on rubbing dryness helped a lot. Still a bit strong, but doable. yeah, I will dry it out more. Its not as moist as many of my others though and if I smoked any slower, I will be blowing out into the bowl. it seems the slower I puff, the more pronounced the burn.
