Enzymes, PG and aging
I have heard sweeter but I see people describe aged as more mellow. I recently just popped some FVF that had a few years on and it has certainly become a more mellow less harsh sweetness. Mellowing due to the lower sugar content?- alex87

Peretti London Flake WOW!
I have yet to be disappointed with any of the Peretti blends I have tried. Their flakes are wonderful to boot. I must say that Tashkent (an english) is at the top of my list though.- alex87

My First Peterson

Nice view fmgee. I miss the arbutus trees on the island. Lived in Duncan for about 5 years. Loved the walk up mt. Tzouhalem. Not quite the same scenery in Nova Scotia.- alex87
