  • An absolutely lovely show! Your guests were so charming, and William’s story is amazing. His pipes are quite beautiful and fairly priced.
I really enjoyed the jazz selection.
As always, an entertaining and informative hour, that I look forward to each week. Seven years! Wow! Congrats my friend. It’s frightening to think I’ve been with you all this time. Frightening, but quite wonderful. Thanks for all these shows.

  • Great show!!! Having been to Shanghai it surprised me as to how many people smoke. It is a very smoker friendly Country, like the US from the 20’s thru the 70’s.

  • What Dino said! I have been to China many times with my pipe, and although their smoking restrictions now resemble the United States, I have found the people there are much less uptight about tobacco. There are still lots of places to smoke, and many upscale hotels have comfortable indoor smoking lounges. The Chinese people that I have met have been genuinely interested in my pipe and pipe tobacco. And your music selection was perfect for me- I played it three times in a row! I agree with you Brian- let’s head to New Orleans and smoke our pipes while sitting in one of those beautiful outdoor courtyards listening to jazz and enjoying a cocktail. Talk about a favorite pipe smoking memory!

  • This was a terrific show! William and his wife Geri pipes were both very charming. I thought Brian’s patience in dealing with there occasional language lapses was almost a primer to all of us who don’t deal well with language barriers. Kudos to him. Congratulations on your 7 year anniversary!!
